Mesa’s PMO team partnered with a utility to advance a transmission line rebuild project that involved replacing 63 steel lattice towers and wood poles. The Mesa Team was focused on Phase 1 of the project which involved multiple coordination efforts at a stakeholder level to be able to secure Phase 2, the design authorization effort. Despite challenges and delays, the Mesa Team developed a relationship with the client due to consistent stakeholder engagement, meticulous planning, and risk mitigation, proving Mesa’s ability to manage complex, high-risk initiatives by meeting regulatory standards.
