Mesa Associates, Inc. is excited to share the promotion of Allen Barreno, PE to Director within Power Delivery Substation (PDS). Mr. Barreno started in the engineering business working and training under his father at the age of six. He progressed under his father’s mentorship, working on wiring panels, developing elementary, and performing physical designs year-round.
Allen holds an Electrical Engineering degree from Cal Poly and is also a registered Professional Engineer. Prior to joining the Mesa family, Mr. Barreno gained advanced experience managing his family’s small engineering firm for over 12 years.
