Mesa Associates is pleased to announce that Reggie Headrick, who has served as our General Manager, will be transitioning into an Executive Advisor role within the company.
During his time as General Manager, Reggie has been instrumental in driving strategic growth, strengthening alignment with Board of Directors, and implementing standardized processes across the organization. His leadership has reinforced the core of our culture – ensuring that as Mesa grows, we continue to operate as a unified Mesa family.
Reggie has been a cornerstone of Mesa Associates, bringing strong leadership, strategic vision, and a deep commitment to our team and clients. His contributions as General Manager have helped build the foundation that Mesa stands on today.
As he moves into his new role, Reggie will serve as a key consultant, lending his expertise to high-level projects and initiatives that will continue to shape the direction of our company. This transition reflects both Reggie’s evolving professional journey and Mesa’s commitment to leveraging its strongest assets in the most impactful ways possible.
