Mesa’s PMO Team recently completed a greenfield expansion project in the Northeast with a large utility. This project involved intricate activities and had challenges, such as multiple planned High-Risk Evolution (HRE) outages that required proactive management strategies. The Mesa Team ensured sufficient resources were optimized on time and risk was appropriately managed by effective coordination with resources and logistical teams. The project was completed through meticulous planning, stakeholder coordination, and problem-solving efforts by the Mesa PMO Team.
