Mesa Associates, Inc. was honored to sponsor the 2023 Trike-A-Thon event benefiting Ronald McDonald House Charities of Knoxville. This fun event features a week-long safety program that teaches children the importance of bike and helmet safety. At the end of the week, the children get to show off their bike safety skills on the track. With the support of Mesa Associates, Inc., the event successfully raised over $6,000 to directly benefit families staying at the Knoxville Ronald McDonald House. This funding will help provide a temporary “home-away-from-home” for families whose children are receiving treatment for serious illnesses at East Tennessee Children’s Hospital and other local hospitals in the Knoxville area.
We had three associates that participated in the event this year: Donavan Lankford, PE, PDS Substation Project Engineer; Matthew Parsons, PDS Project Coordinator; and Nikki Vandergriff Mynatt, PMP, Manager, PDS Project Support Office (PSO)
