We are proud to announce that Andrew Maggio, P.E. has been promoted to Midwest Director of Power Delivery Substation at Mesa Associates!
With 18 years of industry experience ranging from Nuclear Generation, Coal Mining, and Power Delivery, Andrew has been instrumental in delivering complex substation programs across the Midwest. His background spans engineering, program management, protection and controls, physical design, and system settings and studies, enabling him to lead teams that are both technically sound and operationally effective.
In his new role, Andrew will lead Mesa’s Midwest Power Delivery Substation team, driving project execution, strengthening client partnerships, and expanding Mesa’s presence across the region. His focus is on delivering consistent results while building a team aligned to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Andrew is recognized for his commitment to relationships and team performance. He believes strong outcomes start with strong people and works to build teams that clients trust and associates want to be part of. He leads with a balance of accountability and autonomy, supported by data-driven decision making and a culture of transparency and alignment. His approach is grounded in building lasting partnerships at every level and delivering results clients can depend on.
