On Monday, May 8, 2023, two teams from Mesa Associates, Inc. enjoyed a fun, albeit soggy, time playing in and sponsoring the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) of the Tennessee Valley Post at the annual “Tee It Up for STEM” fundraiser at the Oak Ridge Country Club. Two teams represented Mesa: PG Team (Ty Williams, Tim Ramsey, & Nathan Mills) and IND/PD team (Patrick Combs, Jameson Cagle, Ryan Flick, & Greg Maine).
The Tennessee Valley Post awards STEM scholarships every year, and because of events like this, SAME was able to award $9,000 in STEM scholarships this year. Mesa, as a sustaining member, is proud to support continuing STEM education in the local area.
