On Friday, September 30, several employees from Mesa Associates, Inc. gathered at Springbrook Golf and Country Club in Niota, TN to participate in the annual Mesa Associates, Inc. Golf Tournament. This year’s event raised over $1,000 that will be donated to local Christmas charities in Knoxville and Chattanooga.
The 2022 overall champions were the team of Lance Geren, Conner Caprara, Scott Brown, & Charlie Vaden. Each member not only received a $100 Amazon gift card but will be forever immortalized on the Mesa Golf Tournament trophy. The second-place team was Taylor Warden, Adam Hillian, Brett Varner, & Vic Moore with each member receiving a $75 Amazon gift card. The third-place team was Derek Thompson, Patrick Combs, Curtis Long, & Justin Davies with each member receiving a $50 Amazon gift card. Regardless of where each team finished, those who participated enjoyed the time with their fellow colleagues on the links.
As part of the tournament, various other prizes were awarded for longest drive and closest to the pin with each winner receiving a $50 Amazon gift card. Taylor Warden won for men’s longest drive and Drew Netts won for women’s longest drive. The winners for closest to the pin were Wesley Donesky (hole #3), Derrick Shaver (hole #8), Charlie Vaden (hole #11), and Scott Brown (hole #15).
Finally, those that donated money by “buying” mulligans were entered into a raffle to win some awesome prizes. Taylor Helton won a putter and golf balls. Tyler McGill won a cooler, hat, glove, and golf balls. Both Matthew Parson and Curtis Long each won a $50 gift card to the Mesa store.
