In 2019, the PMO Team at Mesa began a pivotal role in implementing a rigorous Quality Management System at a large Midwest Utility and worked to develop various quality tools to manage and deliver high-quality projects. A few notable improvements developed include a Design Review Comment Form (DRCF), a Project Engineering Risk Log (PERL), and an Engineering Design Review Checklist (EDRC). The Mesa Team is currently working with the Utility to improve performance standards to enhance project constructability and reduce errors.
