David Bennett Promoted to Associate Vice President of Transmission

Mesa Associates is pleased to announce the promotion of David Bennett, P.E., to Associate Vice President of Transmission. David will lead Mesa’s transmission portfolio and continue driving operational excellence, client success, and strategic growth across the organization.  

In his new role, David will be responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and financial performance of Mesa’s transmission line services. His responsibilities include oversight of transmission line engineering and a broad range of supporting services, including civil and structural engineering, siting and routing, surveying, realty, right-of-way acquisition, and Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) services. 

David has been a valued member of the Mesa team for nearly 17 years. Throughout his tenure, he has demonstrated exceptional technical expertise, strong client relationships, and a commitment to developing high-performing teams. Beginning his career with Mesa as an Engineer, David has advanced through positions of increasing responsibility, most recently serving as Director of Transmission. His leadership has been instrumental in the continued growth, technical excellence, and success of Mesa’s transmission business.

This promotion reflects Mesa’s ongoing commitment to developing leaders from within and positioning the company for long-term success.
