Telecommunication Services

A major utility company decided to replace their existing radio repeater station and relocate the entire facility to another property. The new repeater station would contain communication equipment, including five microwave radio systems as well as the associated antennas and cabling on a 180’ tower. Mesa was able to size and specify the building, design all equipment inside, as well as prepare the site plans for the new location. The radio systems and antennas had to be installed and cross connected to communicate the data back to the master radio location. Also installed in the station were a local ethernet network, VoIP telephone and a network alarm unit.  Backup power for the station was designed with a 48V battery system along with an emergency generator.
