Recently, a major West Coast utility contracted with the Mesa Pomona and Roseville offices to deliver engineering designs for OSHA machine guards and entry protection for all its hydro powerhouses. The laser scanner enabled accurate design alternatives to be assessed prior to finalizing the project requirements and appropriate clearances and structural supports to be included early in the design.
