Mesa provided PLC programming and onsite commissioning to upgrade a 65 year old Cooling Water System that was a manual process and had limited functionality. The Mesa team was solely responsible for the integration and programming of the three PLCs, five HMIs, network switches and a communication network to help facilitate operation of the new equipment. The new system monitors a total of nine temperature sensors, controls three pumps, four modulating control valves, and provides a highly sophisticated and user-friendly operator interface. This T&M project will be completed in 2019.
