Boualem (Bo) Hadjerioua, Director of Integrated Water Resources Management at Mesa Associates, Inc. (Mesa), was recently interviewed for the magazine Hydro Leader. In the interview, Bo discusses the opportunities and challenges of each position in the hydropower industry and how the insights of each sector can inform the work of the other. Bo has over 30 years of experience in the hydropower industry. He spent 18 years at the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) in River and Reservoir System Operations, 10 years in research as a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) contractor with Oak Ridge National Laboratories (ORNL), and the past two and a half years Bo has been in the private sector working for Mesa as Director of Hydro Operations.
