Mesa’s Power Delivery Transmission & Distribution team provided engineering and design services required for a major electric company’s 69 kV transmission line rebuild in the mountains of the Southeastern United States. Working with multiple geotechnical and LIDAR surveys, our team was able to identify every obstruction or crossing the line would have come in contact with. Rebuilding the line required communication between several different areas such as telecom, right of way, environmental, outreach, and distribution. Our team also communicated with our substation engineering counterparts for their layouts and feedback during the transmission line rebuild.
