Mesa was recently awarded a contract for the preparation of plans and technical specifications (P&S) for the replacement of the aging and ineffective DC and Preferred AC System and Equipment for a power plant located near Charlotte, TN. This project scope addressed the elimination of the existing 48VDC system and replacement with a 125VDC system, including new AC & DC boards and battery chargers. Upgrades were also made to the existing ventilation and fire detection system.
